    Alleima AB – Nomination Committee’s proposal for Board of Directors for the 2025 Annual General Meeting

    The Nomination Committee of Alleima AB proposes the re-election of Board members Göran Björkman, Claes Boustedt, Ulf Larsson, Andreas Nordbrandt, Susanne Pahlén Åklundh, Victoria Van Camp and Karl Åberg.     End-user of the steam generator tubes is NuScale Power a provider of proprietary and innovative advanced nuclear Small Modular Reactor (SMR) technology, the first and only SMR to have its design certified by the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission.     Alleima has received a large order for steam generator tubes (SGT) in the Nuclear segment, to a total value of approximately SEK 530 million.
