Sistematica Joins Allgon Group
Allgon Group is proud to announce that it has acquired Sistematica, joining forces with sister companies Tele Radio and Åkerströms, already leading brands in the industry. With clients in the Americas, Oceania, the Middle East, and native Europe, this strategic step aims to strengthen the Allgon group with a third brand capable of reaching markets globally, through an even wider range of products and resources for all types of applications.
While keeping its production and HQs in Turin, thus maintaining the ‘Made in Italy’ status, Sistematica is now 100% part of Allgon’s global network. This acquisition is another step towards Allgon’s strategic ambition to become the "#1 in RemoteTech".
Founded in 1987 as an Electronic Engineering studio, Sistematica has industrialized technology into radio remote-controlled ‘systems’ since 1995, such as SafetyPoint and Tilting Hand patents, studied to increase operational safety and proportional adjustments of machinery control, designed specifically for mobile, agricultural, industrial, and maritime applications.
The company has proven its capability of adapting technical knowledge into wired and wireless solutions, which in turn showcases the flexibility that Sistematica has demonstrated in business. This includes the possibility to support operations and maintenance through an online mobile app or a Desk App to manage the connected services on the Cloud. Sistematica will be run as an independent company In the Allgon group.
