Fotoquick AB acquires Finnish photo business

Fotoquick AB has signed a Letter of Intent in order to acquire the business and assets of Finnish Eiri Oy´s bankrupt estate. The acquisition is expected to be finalised during January 2006, after which Fotoquick will take over the company. The purchase price is not made public.
