    Ambea strengthens its offering within child and youth care through an acquisition in Finland

    Ambea has, through its Finnish business area Validia, signed an agreement to acquire the business operations of Ehot Ltd. The acquisition covers child and youth care services in Finland, focusing on foster care services and residential units.Ehot Ltd provides services for children and young people in need of individually tailored support.     Today’s Annual General Meeting in Ambea AB (publ) voted to support the following proposals from the board of directors and the nomination committee. The Annual General Meeting adopted the annual report for the financial year 2025 and resolved on a dividend of SEK 2.65 per share. Friday 15 May 2026 was established as record day for dividend.     Ambea, through its Danish subsidiary Altiden, has signed an agreement to establish a new care home in Høje-Taastrup Municipality, Denmark. The facility will have capacity for 88 residents and is expected to open in early 2029.
