Changes in the Nomination Committee for AQ Group AB prior to the Annual General Meeting 2022

The composition of the Nomination Committee, of four members appointed by the four largest shareholders prior to the 2022 Annual General Meeting, in accordance with the Nomination Committee instructions decided at the 2021 Annual General Meeting, was announced in a press release on September 27, 2021.

The shareholder Aeternum Capital has appointed Henrik Carlman as a member of the Nomination Committee instead of Vegard Søraunet. Following this change, the Nomination Committee consists of:

  • Henrik Carlman, representing Aeternum Capital
  • Hans Christian Bratterud, representing ODIN Funds
  • Per Olof Andersson, own holding
  • Claes Mellgren, own holding

The Nomination Committee has elected Hans Christian Bratterud as its chairman.

The Annual General Meeting will take place on April 21, 2022 in Västerås.

The Nomination Committee's tasks shall include evaluation of the composition and work of the Board of Directors and it shall submit proposals to the Annual General Meeting regarding:

  • election of the Board of Directors and the Chairman of the Board
  • election of chairman at the AGM
  • election of auditor
  • remuneration to the Board, committees and auditor

The Nomination Committee's proposals will be presented in the notice convening the Annual General Meeting.

Shareholders who wish to submit proposals to the Nomination Committee may do so before the end of January 2022 via e-mail to ir@aqg.se (with header “To the Nomination Committee”) or by letter to the Nomination Committee, AQ Group AB, Regattagatan 29,723 48 Västerås.

Shareholders who wish to have a matter considered at the AGM must submit such a proposal to the Chairman of the Board (at the same address as above) no later than March 3, 2022 so that the proposal can be included in the notice convening the meeting.
