    Option program II 2014/2017 for employees (group management)

    As Arise AB (“Arise”) previously has announced, the company has offered its employees (group management not included) a three-year option program with synthetic options. Arise has now decided to offer the group management to participate in a three-year option program with a maximum of in total 140,000 synthetic options.     Record production in April

    Good winds in April resulted in an electricity production of around 51,200 MWh¹. Actual output in the same month the previous year was 23,900 MWh.     A memorandum of understanding has been entered into with Platina Partners with the purpose to jointly build and own 160 to 250 MW in project Lingbo

    Arise Windpower AB (publ) (”Arise”) has entered into a memorandum of understanding with Platina Partners LLP (”Platina”), together (the ”Parties”), with the intention to jointly finance, build, own and operate project Lingbo, in total amounting to 160 to 250 MW. Lingbo has been developed by Bergvik Skog AB with a right for Platina to acquire the entire project and in turn Arise has the right to acquire 12.5 % to 50 % of the project.     Arise initiates Phase 2 of Jädraås project

    The planned investment decision for Phase 2 of the Jädraås project, involving the construction of a further 70 MW (23 turbines), has now been taken by the Board of Directors of Arise. Phase 1 comprises 130 MW (43 turbines) and construction is proceeding as planned.The total investment for Phase 1 and 2 is SEK 3.1 billion.     Arise Windpower increases production capacity

    The Södra Kärra and Blekhem wind farms, with a combined output of 21.6 MW, are now in operation. Each farm consists of six Vestas V100 wind turbines with an installed capacity of 1.8 MW each.     Partnership agreement – construction of the Jädraås Wind Farm, 200 MW

    Arise Windpower AB has concluded a partnership agreement with Bergvik Skog AB and Ownpower Projects AB (the Sellers). The agreement gives the company the right to acquire the Sellers’ joint project company, Jädraås Vindkraft AB, and thereby the right to build a major wind farm.
