Arjo postpones Annual General Meeting and Capital Markets Day

Report this content

Arjo’s Board of Directors has today decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The decision is made as a result of the Swedish Government’s decision to ban public gatherings and events with more than 50 people as of Sunday, 29 March to reduce the spread of COVID-19. The decision is to be followed for other types of gatherings as well.

The AGM was planned for April 27, 2020 in Malmö. Arjo now intends to hold the AGM on June 29 at 11.00 in Malmö instead. An invitation to the upcoming AGM will be issued no later than four weeks prior to the event.

The Capital Markets Day, planned for May 13, will also be postponed. A new invitation, including information regarding the location and time, will be sent out later in the year.
