    Arjo AB (publ) held the Annual General Meeting on Thursday 18 April 2024 in Malmö. At the Annual General Meeting the following was resolved: Adoption of the Income Statement and the Balance Sheet The Annual General Meeting adopted the Income Statement and the Balance Sheet as well as the Consolidated Income Statement and the Consolidated Balance Sheet for the financial year 2023.     Arjo postpones Annual General Meeting and Capital Markets Day

    Arjo’s Board of Directors has today decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting (AGM). The decision is made as a result of the Swedish Government’s decision to ban public gatherings and events with more than 50 people as of Sunday, 29 March to reduce the spread of COVID-19. The decision is to be followed for other types of gatherings as well. The AGM was planned for April 27, 2020 in Malmö. Arjo now intends to hold the AGM on June 29 at 11.00 in Malmö instead.
