IK Partners (“IK”) is pleased to announce that the IK VIII Fund has reached an agreement to sell Aspia AB (“Aspia” or “the Company”), a leading technology-enabled accounting, payroll, tax and advisory services company, to international investment firm Vitruvian Partners (“Vitruvian”).
