Changes in Aspiro's management
Aspiro today signed a new agreement with the current CFO Peter Tonstad, to take over as CEO of the company from the first of December. The company's Head of Accounting, Jorgen Carlsson, is temporarily appointed in the role as CFO.
As previously announced, the current CEO Gunnar Sellæg is leaving the company at the end of the year.
Peter Tonstad joined Aspiro in april 2010 and has besides CFO also been head of the business area Mobile Solutions, which was divested. Tonstad has over fifteen years of experience in senior positions in the IT and media sector from companies including Edda Media / Mecom, Tarantell, NHST Media Group, Thomson Financial and Reuters.
"We are delighted that Tonstad decided to accept the role of leading Aspiro forward. He has delivered good results in various leadership roles within the company in the past and now we look forward to further cooperation," says Aspiro's Chairman of the Board Trond Berger.

Aspiro's management team will up until the first December consist of Gunnar Sellæg, Peter Tonstad and Espen Lauritzen.
