Changes in Aspiro's management

Aspiro today signed a new agreement with the current CFO Peter Tonstad, to take over as CEO of the company from the first of December. The company's Head of Accounting, Jorgen Carlsson, is temporarily appointed in the role as CFO.As previously announced, the current CEO Gunnar Sellæg is leaving the company at the end of the year.Peter Tonstad joined Aspiro in april 2010 and has besides CFO also been head of the business area Mobile Solutions, which was divested. Tonstad has over fifteen years of experience in senior positions in the IT and media sector from companies including Edda Media /

Aspiro's former Head of Mobile Solutions, Peter Tonstad, will from today take over as CFO of Aspiro, while former CFO Erlend Prestgard will take the important position as new Chief Commercial Officer of Music. Erlend Prestgard new Chief Financial Officer at Aspiro

Aspiro has recruited Erlend Prestgard as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). Prestgard, who joins the company no later than 1 July 2010, previously worked at consulting firm McKinsey as an Engagement Manager.
