Assemblin is acquiring Luftkompaniet Sjöblom AB (“Luftkompaniet”), a ventilation company with annual sales of approximately SEK 80 million and around 15 employees. Luftkompaniet operates primarily in the Stockholm region.

Luftkompaniet has enjoyed continuous growth and healthy profitability since its founding in 1990. The company has a strong client portfolio and offers different types of works contracts, but also provides certain service operations. A strong culture with committed employees and lengthy, close customer relationships is what distinguishes the company.

“Luftkompaniet is a well-managed ventilation company, with a high degree of competence and a strong brand. We are extremely pleased with this acquisition, which will be a good supplement to our ventilation operations in the Stockholm region. As a result of this acquisition, we are strengthening our position as Sweden’s leading ventilation company,” says Håkan Ekvall, President and Business Area Manager for Assemblin Ventilation.

“Assemblin is an installation company with a good reputation in the market. We are convinced that this next phase will be a good one for us as a company and for our clients, who now also have access to Assemblin’s broad technology offering and geographic spread,” says Ron Sjöblom, President for Luftkompaniet.
