As of 1 May, Morten Felding has taken over as Managing Director of Atea A/S in Denmark.

From 1 May Morten Felding has, as previously announced, taken over as Managing Director of Atea A/S in Denmark. In connection with agreement for employment it was agreed on 5 February to grant Morten Felding 200,000 share options in Atea ASA. The options have a strike price of NOK 58.75. After this grant Morten Felding has 200,000 share options and 0 shares in Atea ASA.

The options are vested over a period of 3 years. 1/3 of the options granted may be exercised one year after the grant, 1/3 after year two and 1/3 after year three.
