Atea reports financial results for Q3 2016

Atea, the leading supplier of IT infrastructure and system integration in the Nordic and Baltic regions, reports strong growth in revenue and EBITDA in the third quarter of 2016. Revenue grew across all three business areas and EBITDA margin improved as revenue grew faster than operating expenses. Atea reports financial results for Q2 2016

Atea, the leading supplier of IT infrastructure and system integration in the Nordic and Baltic regions, reports strong growth in revenue and EBITDA in the second quarter of 2015. Revenue grew across all three business areas and EBITDA improved across all countries. Atea reported revenue of NOK 8,442 million in Q2 2016, an increase of 23.4% compared with last year. Atea Sweden concludes agreement with Public Employment Service

Atea Sweden and The Public Employment Service have concluded an agreement for the supply of client hardware, including computers, tablets, monitors and thin clients. Registration of share capital reduction in Atea ASA

Reference is made to the resolution in the General Meeting dated 26 April 2016 regarding reduction of the par value of the company's shares. Information regarding police raid in Denmark

Atea is aware that the Danish police has charged a number of public officials in Denmark, of which some are clients of Atea.  Atea has since June 2015 cooperated extensively with the Danish prosecutor for Economic and International Crime (SØIK) regarding matters subject to a police raid conducted on June 21. Parallel to this cooperation, Atea has carried out its own internal investigation.
