On May 26, 2016, the Group Chief Accountant of Atea, Ole Johan Fjellestad, acquired shares in Atea ASA.

Ole Johan Fjellestad purchased 1,500 shares of Atea ASA. The shares were acquired at a price of NOK 74.89.

Following the transaction, Ole Johan Fjellestad holds 2,500 shares and 9,334 share options in Atea ASA.
