On October 26, 2016, System Integration ApS acquired 370,000 shares of Atea ASA at an average price of NOK 73.75.

System Integration ApS is indirectly owned and controlled by Ib Kunøe, primary insider and the Chairman of the Board of Atea ASA.

Following the transaction, System Integration ApS holds 26,658,510 shares in Atea ASA, representing approx. 25.2% of the share capital. Ib Kunøe and close associates hold 27,006,210 shares in Atea ASA, representing approx. 25.5% of the share capital.
