Atea acquires Imento Norge AS

(Norway) Atea AS in Norway has entered into agreement to acquire Imento Norge AS (Imento), a specialist in IT infrastructure in the SMB market.

Imento is a Norwegian company consisting of 44 skilled employees with head office in Moss, in addition to offices in Trondheim, Bergen and Oslo. The company is a supplier of IT infrastructure to the SMB market. The company is expected to generate revenue of NOK 240 million and EBITDA of NOK 8 million in 2014.

Dag Fodstad, Managing Director in Atea Norway says "The acquisition will strengthen Atea's position in the Norwegian IT infrastructure market and in the SMB segment in particular. We strongly believe that the customer portfolio together with Imento's employees gives us a good basis for further growth in the SMB market."

Atea acquires all shares in the company and all employees will continue in Atea after the transaction.

The agreed transaction value (enterprise value) is MNOK 41.8.

The acquisition is subject to approval by the competition authorities.
