Norway, 15 July 2015 - Atea AS has entered into an agreement providing outsourcing services to Komplett. The agreement covers data center operations, data infrastructure, service desk and client management. Komplett has approximately 500 servers and 700 clients spread across locations in Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

The Komplett Group has high growth ambitions in the coming years, with a goal of growing from approximately NOK 6 billion in revenue in 2014 to NOK 12.7 billion in 2018. In order to facilitate its growth ambitions, Komplett requires a 24/7 IT delivery model, which is more scalable and professional in supporting its business.

"Atea was chosen despite strong competition from other vendors. It has been crucial for Komplett to find a partner that can handle and operate the systems that we have today, while at the same time supporting our efforts to make IT operations even more efficient," commented Ole Vinje, CEO of the Komplett Group.

"Decisive for our choice was Atea's competence in supporting our current business while at the same time suggesting new solutions for our business going forward. The fact that we also found a good cultural understanding between the two companies and Atea's ability to provide competitive pricing on their products and services made the choice easy for us," continued Vinje.

"Atea is proud and very satisfied that Komplett has chosen us as its strategic partner for outsourcing of IT infrastructure" says Steinar Sønsteby, CEO of the Atea Group.

Atea and Komplett has entered into a long-term agreement with a duration of 5 years and an estimated value of NOK 70 million.
