Atea new supplier of print and copy to government institutions in Denmark

(Denmark) Atea A/S in Denmark has signed two frame agreements with the Agency for the Modernisation of Public Administration to deliver printers and multifunction printers to government institutions in Denmark. The agreements are valid for two years, with the option to extend for a further two years. The agreements have a total annual value of DKK 80-110 million (NOK 89-122 million).

The agreements include purchase of printers, accessories and related services and the purchase of multifunction printers (copiers), accessories and related services. Atea has the last eight years been the supplier on the frame agreement for printers. This time Atea has won both contracts.

It is estimated that approximately 160,000 employees in the government institutions will use the equipment delivered by Atea.

The agreements will have effect as of 1 January 2014.
