Atea reports financial results for Q4 2015
Atea, the leading supplier of IT infrastructure and system integration in the Nordic and Baltic regions, reports strong growth in revenue and an excellent cash flow in the fourth quarter of 2015.
Atea reported revenue of NOK 8,606 million in Q4 2015, an increase of 14.0% compared with last year. EBITDA before option and restructuring expenses was NOK 378 million, down from NOK 396 million in the corresponding quarter last year. The Group generated NOK 1,458 million in cash flow from operations in Q4, almost twice as much as in Q4 2014.
"Atea had strong overall revenue growth, improved profitability in Sweden and a continued recovery in Denmark during Q4 2015. Cash flow from operations was excellent", commented Steinar Sønsteby, CEO of Atea.
For the full year 2015, Atea reported revenue of NOK 27.9 billion, up 13.5% compared with last year. The Group's EBITDA before option and restructuring expenses was NOK 951 million, compared to NOK 958 million in 2014. The Group reported a record strong cash flow for the full year 2015 of NOK 1,287 million, up 34.2% from the full year 2014.
Atea expects continued growth in the IT infrastructure market, as organizations invest in new IT solutions to enhance productivity. This adoption of new technologies is creating greater complexity for IT departments, and driving increased demand for specialist competence in IT infrastructure and system integration.
