Changes in Atea Senior Management Group

(Norway/Denmark) Managing Director in Atea A/S in Denmark for the past five years, Peter Trans, will on 1 January 2012 take on the role as Group Director in Atea ASA. Peter Trans' successor will be Lars Johansson who has 12 years of experience in the IT industry.

As increased focus on services is one of Atea's key areas of growth in Atea's 2012-2015 plan "Together towards the Top", Peter Trans' primary focus in the new position will be Atea's shared services functions: Atea Logistics, Atea Services & Software, eSHOP and One-infrastructure. Additionally, he will be responsible for the development of Atea's service concepts across the Nordic and Baltic countries to secure more unity delivery of such.

Lars Johansson new Managing Director for Atea A/S in Denmark
Lars Johansson will be new Managing Director for Atea A/S in Denmark. Lars Johansson was born in 1963 and has several years of experience as General Manager, including 12 years of experience in the IT industry.

From 1996 Lars Johansson was Director of Services in Merkantildata/Eterra. In 2002 he was appointed CEO of SAS Ground Services and since 2005 he has been Deputy CEO in Systematic. Over the years Lars Johansson has completed a number of courses and degrees within the management field, including an MBA in Change Management from Aarhus School of Business.

Lars Johansson will take on the role as Managing Director for Atea A/S on 1 January 2012.

André Løvestam will resign his position as Executive Vice President in Atea ASA where his main responsibilities were shared services and special projects, as of 31 December 2011 to take the position as CEO of Eneas.
