Election of employee representatives to the Board of Atea ASA

Election of employee representatives to the Board of Atea ASA was held on 3 April 2014.

The result of the election was as follows:

Karin Løkke (was previously deputy board member)

Marthe Dyrud (re-election)

Truls Berntsen (was previously deputy board member)

    
All three are employed with Atea AS in Oslo.

   
The following deputy board members were elected:

Stian Elde

Hilda Bådsvik Høie

Marianne Urdahl

   
The term of office for the new employees' representatives starts following the Annual General Meeting 29 April 2014 and expires following the Annual General Meeting in 2016.
