Kristine Madsen resigns from Board position in Atea ASA

Kristine Madsen will resign from the Board of Directors in Atea ASA, effective 1 December 2014. Kristine has accepted a senior position in a large customer of Atea. Due to the potential for conflict of interest, she decided to resign her Board position in Atea.

"The Board of Atea ASA would like to thank Kristine for her years of service as a Board member of the company. We wish her well in her new position," commented Ib Kunøe, Chairman of Atea ASA.

Atea ASA plans to fill the vacant Board position at its next Annual General Meeting, planned for April 2015.
