On December 30, 2015, System Integration ApS acquired 103,678 shares of Atea ASA at an average price of NOK 73.35.

System Integration ApS is indirectly owned and controlled by Ib Kunøe, primary insider and the Chairman of the Board of Atea ASA.

Following the transaction, System Integration ApS holds 25,993,510 shares in Atea ASA, representing approx. 24.7% of the share capital. Ib Kunøe and close associates hold 26,311,210 shares in Atea ASA, representing approx. 25.0% of the share capital.
