On June 23, 2015, the Group Chief Accountant of Atea, Ole Johan Fjellestad, acquired shares in Atea ASA.

Ole Johan Fjellestad purchased 1,000 shares of Atea ASA. The shares were acquired at a price of NOK 70.50.

Following the transaction, Ole Johan Fjellestad holds 1,000 shares and 3,333 share options in Atea ASA.
