Proposed dividend payment - 2016

The Board of Atea ASA has resolved to propose a dividend of NOK 6.50 per share at the next Annual General Meeting to be held on April 26, 2016. The dividend will be split into two equal payments of NOK 3.25 which will take place in May and October 2016. Further details on the dividend payment will be provided in the Notice to the AGM.
