System Integration ApS increases its ownership in Atea ASA

On June 19, 2015, System Integration ApS acquired 777,469 shares at an average price of NOK 67.72.

System Integration ApS is indirectly owned and controlled by Ib Kunøe, primary insider and the Chairman of the Board of Atea.

Following the transaction, System Integration ApS will hold 25,889,832 shares in Atea, representing approx. 24.6% of the share capital in Atea, and Ib Kunøe and close associates will in total own 26,207,532 shares in Atea, representing approx. 24.9% of the share capital in Atea.
