Systemintegration ApS reducing its ownership in Atea ASA as part of portfolio diversification

Systemintegration ApS ("Systemintegration") has today sold or agreed to sell 3,500,000 shares in Atea ASA ("Atea"), representing approx. 3.43% of the share capital in Atea. Systemintegration is indirectly owned and controlled by Ib Kunøe, primary insider and the Chairman of the Board of Atea. The shares were sold at a price of NOK 63 per share. Following completion of the sale, Systemintegration will hold 25,112,363 shares in Atea, representing approx. 24.59% of the share capital in Atea, and Ib Kunøe and close associates will in total own 25,430,063 shares in Atea, representing approx. 24.90% of the share capital in Atea.

The shareholding in Atea is making up a significant part of Ib Kunøe's portfolio. The sale of shares was conducted in view of diversifying the portfolio.

Systemintegration has provided a lock-up undertaking to Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken AB (publ) Oslo Branch, which acted as sole manager for the transaction, for a period of 6 months for the shares in Atea held after the sale.
