Pilottester har genomförts på Axfoundations utvecklingscentrum Torsåker gård // Pilot trials were carried out at Axfoundation’s development center, Torsåker Farm.

Inom projektet Hela Plantan har Axfoundation tillsammans med partners testat och utvecklat lösningen i praktiken på Torsåker gård. Genom pilottester har broccoliblad som tidigare lämnats kvar på åkern kunnat bli en användbar råvara i livsmedelsproduktion. Arbetet har lett till flera nya produkter, bland annat broccolisoppan som nu lanseras av IKEA Sverige och en vegetarisk biff från Sevan. Within The Whole Plant initiative, Axfoundation has worked with partners to test and develop the solution in practice at Torsåker Farm. The work has resulted in several new products, including the broccoli leaf soup now launched by IKEA Sweden and a vegetarian patty from Sevan.
