Chairman of the Board Fredrik Ramberg resigns at his own request. The Board of Directors has decided that Mikael Wintzell will assume the role of Chairman of the Board until the Annual General Meeting. The Nomination Committee proposes Joel Citron as new Chairman of the Board of Bambuser AB.

In light of the strong growth phase the company is in, the nomination committee in Bambuser AB, in close dialogue with the Board and major owners, has for some time worked to strengthen the Board. This is in order to find new profiles, as well as a new chairmanship that can assist the company in its continued growth journey.

Prior to the notice to the AGM, the Nomination Committee had not reached an agreement with the proposed new candidate as new Chairman of the Board but proposed its candidate as a new board member. The Nomination Committee has today announced that they will propose Joel Citron as new Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bambuser AB at the Annual General Meeting April 21, 2020.

Joel Citron is CEO of New York-based investment company Tenth Avenue Holdings and has over 35 years of experience in business management and investments. Joel holds several board assignments in, among others, Evolution Gaming Group AB (publ). He has previously served on public and private boards in both Europe and the United States.

Fredrik Ramberg has since 2018 meritoriously led the Board's work during the repositioning to Live Video Shopping, and has been strongly involved in the work of developing a new profile to lead the company's Board of Directors in the future. The Board of Directors has decided that board member Mikael Wintzell takes the role of Chairman of the Board up to the Annual General Meeting to ensure a smooth handover and continuity thereafter. Fredrik Ramberg has asked to be dismissed with immediate effect from his post as Chairman of the Board.

Mikael Wintzell is co-founder and CEO of Wellstreet and one of Bambuser's largest shareholders. He is a board member of Resurs Bank AB, Resurs Holding AB (publ) and has held several senior positions in financial companies, most recently as Deputy Chief Commercial Officer of Klarna Bank AB.
