Betsson AB postpones the Annual General Meeting

The Board of Directors in Betsson AB has decided to postpone the Annual General Meeting (AGM) due to the Public Health Agency of Sweden’s (Folkhälsomyndigheten) recommendations to limit the spread of COVID-19.

On March 27, Folkhälsomyndigheten proposed that the number of participants in public gatherings should be limited to 50 people. Betsson AB choses to follow the recommendation as a measure to limit the spread of COVID-19 and is therefore postponing the AGM from 28 April to 11 June, hoping that the situation with the virus has then improved. The AGM will be held 9 AM at Bond, GT30, Grev Turegatan 30, in Stockholm, Sweden.
