Betsson publishes bond prospectus and applies for admission to trading of its bonds on Nasdaq Stockholm

On September 26, 2019, Betsson AB (publ) (the “Betsson”) issued senior unsecured bonds in the total amount of SEK 1,000,000,000 under a framework of SEK 2,500,000,000 (the “Bonds”). In accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds, Betsson has applied for admission to trading of the bonds at Nasdaq Stockholm and the first listing day at Nasdaq Stockholm is expected to be on or about November 21, 2019. In view of the admission to trading, Betsson has prepared a listing prospectus which has been approved by the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority. The prospectus will be available at Betsson’s website www.betssonab.com and the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority’s website www.fi.se.
