BIBBY DISTRIBUTION RETAINS SAINT-GOBAIN ISOVER CONTRACT FOR FURTHER THREE YEARS

11 October 2012Bibby Distribution has secured a further three-year distribution and warehousing contract with insulation manufacturer, Saint-Gobain Isover (SGI). It includes a 100 per cent fleet replacement strategy to improve fuel economy and reduce CO2emissions in its transport operations. The renewed agreement sees the introduction of three new 15.65m extended length trailers, alongside 20 aerodynamic high-volume teardrop trailers and 16 Euro 5 trucks to correspond with SGI’s focus on its environmental responsibilities.
