BIMobject acquires Polantis and strengthens its market-leading position

BIMobject has entered into an agreement to acquire one of the largest European BIM solutions companies, Polantis. The closing is estimated today, and the acquisition is expected to have a small positive effect on net revenues. The acquisition of Polantis is an important strategic step as it further establishes BIMobject as the global market leader. Polantis is a well-known and strong brand in France foremost but also across the world. Polantis has 420,000 registered users, 14,700 objects and 150 manufacturers on the platform. Polantis management forecast €700,000 in sales 2019.

Experienced executive Kim Mortensen is appointed as CEO in BIMobject. Johan Svanström proposed as new Board member and Vice-Chairman.

BIMobject announces that LINK arkitektur has signed a license agreement to use the solution BIMobject Hercules.
