Record date for distribution of free warrants of series TO3 2019-2022

The record date for distribution of free warrants of series TO3 2019-2022 issued by BrainCool AB (publ) to its shareholders is April 5, 2019. The last day of trading in BrainCool’s share, including rights to the free warrants, is April 3, 2019. First day of trading excluding rights to the free warrants, is April 4, 2019.

The warrants are expected to commence trading on Spotlight Stock Market on April 10, 2019, under ISIN code SE0012481372. BrainCool distributes the warrants to its shareholders to minimize dilution from the financing agreement announced on November 23, 2017.

-Holders of warrants series TO3 2019/2022 for a total value of SEK 500,000 or more may always exercise the warrants for subscription of shares, i.e. from the date of listing to and including May 1, 2022.
