The last conversion of convertible notes into shares, as part of the financing agreement announced January 22, 2019

The last outstanding conversion means that the financing scheme with convertibles is now completed

The number of convertible notes converted on January 3, 2020, was 12. The number of convertible notes remaining under the fourth tranche is 0. The number of shares and the number of votes before the conversion was 48 143 209. Through this conversion, and once the shares from the conversion will be registered at Bolagsverket, the number of shares and the number of votes shall have increased by 265 486. The total number of shares and total number of votes after this conversion and once the shares have been registered at Bolagsverket will amount to 48 408 695.

Conversion price is 4,52 SEK per share and conversion amount is 1 200 000 SEK.

When the new shares are issued by Bolagsverket, 160 144 shares will be returned to Hans Henriksson who lent the shares as part of the scheme, and 105 342 shares will be issued to L1.
