Candlewick Press Announces Global Publication of New Picture Book Written by Kate DiCamillo and Illustrated by Jaime Kim

SOMERVILLE, MA — Candlewick Press has today announced the forthcoming publication of a new book for young readers by two-time Newbery Award winner Kate DiCamillo entitled La La La: A Story of Hope, illustrated by #1 New York Times best-selling artist Jaime Kim, to be published in September 2017. The deal for world rights was brokered with Holly McGhee at Pippin Properties by Karen Lotz, president and publisher of Candlewick Press, who will edit.
