Former NFL Player To Speak At Conant High School Fundraiser Dinner

SCHAUMBURG, Ill., December 13, 2011 — Former NFL player Tim Tyrrell is set to speak to parents and teachers on Saturday, January 28, 2012, for the Conant Cougar Dinner Dance. The event is sponsored by Conant Booster Club. Tyrrell was a running back at James B. Conant High School in Schaumburg/ Hoffman Estates. Tyrell has helped put the school’s football program on the Illinois map in the late ‘70s. His speed, focus, and skills led to 12 scholarship offers and a seven-year NFL career.
