    Delisting of the shares in Concentric from Nasdaq Stockholm

    On October 23, 2024, Concentric AB ("Concentric" or the "Company") announced that its board of directors had applied for delisting of the shares in Concentric from Nasdaq Stockholm in accordance with the request from Circle BidCo ApS, which in connection with its public offer has become the owner of more than 90 per cent of all shares in Concentric. Nasdaq Stockholm has now approved the delisting application. The last day of trading in the shares in Concentric on Nasdaq Stockholm will be November 7, 2024.     On August 29, 2024, Circle BidCo ApS ("Circle BidCo"), a wholly owned, indirect subsidiary of A.P. Møller Holding A/S, announced a public offer to the shareholders of Concentric AB ("Concentric" or the "Company") to tender all their shares in the Company to Circle BidCo at a price of SEK 230 in cash per share (the "Offer").     Customer warranty claim from a manufacturing defect

    Concentric AB has detected a manufacturing defect in a specific water pump. It is not possible to definitively determine the financial impact at this stage, however, the net cost could be material. After a preliminary assessment, the net cost is estimated to be in the range of MSEK 60 to 100. After receiving a warranty claim, it was discovered that a number of water pumps were fitted with a defective seal supplied to Concentric.
