Continued strong growth

STOCKHOLM – April 27th, 2023 - ContextVision, a medical technology software company specializing in image processing and image analysis, today proudly presents their Q1 Report for 2023. 

The robust growth continues and in the first quarter of 2023 the company saw a revenue of SEK 32.4 M (27.2), an increase of 19% and an EBITDA of SEK 13.1 M (9.2) an increase of 42%.

“We are continuing to grow our core business significantly more than the growth of the industry overall, which is in line with our strategic ambition,” says Gerald Pötzsch, CEO of ContextVision.

With the successful strategy of focusing on larger OEMs, the main growth is resulting from those customers. In Q1 specifically, the Asia region stands for the majority of the new contracts signed. Ultrasound continues to be the strongest business segment globally. In parallel the X-ray portfolio with new functionalities within the year, to further strengthen growth in this business segment.

“We have a very well-functioning, growing, and profitable core business. As we want the company to take the next leap, we have also started to investigate several adjacent areas where we believe our technical competence can make a significant impact. The future looks very bright,” continues Pötzsch.
