Corem has signed a 3-year lease with WSP for approximately 1,520 square meters of office space in newly built Örebro Entré, property Olaus Petri 3:234.

The lease refers to the first stage of the project, where Scandic Hotels were the first to move in during 2022. With the lease to WSP, Örebro Entré is leased to approximately 75 percent. Occupancy is estimated for the first quarter of 2024.

Örebro Entré, which upon completion will comprise approximately 18,800 square meters of space, is located at the northern entrance to Örebro city centre with an excellent location for visitors by both train and car. The area is within Pulsådern Örebro for which the municipality has decided support. The second stage of the project concerns the conversion and extension of a total of approximately 10,200 square meters of a former postal terminal, primarily into modern office space. Rental agreements have previously been signed with the Swedish Transport Administration and Örebro County Administrative Board.

"It is gratifying to see that tenants appreciate the well-located, modern and functional spaces we are completing in the Örebro Entré project. We warmly welcome WSP to Corem", said Eva Landén, CEO at Corem.
