Malmö, Sweden, 22 June 2026 - Diaverum, the Swedish-born global renal care provider, today announced the publication of its 2025 Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Report, highlighting measurable progress in delivering life-enhancing renal care while advancing its sustainability ambitions.

The report outlines the company’s non-financial performance in 2025 and reflects a clear shift from building foundations to delivering results. Over the past year, Diaverum has strengthened its ESG framework through disciplined execution, digital innovation, and a continued focus on patient-centred care.

This progress has been further enabled by Diaverum’s deeper integration within M42, accelerating the evolution of its care model through enhanced digital capabilities, stronger data-driven insights, and a more connected approach to delivering high-quality care at scale.

ESG remains embedded in Diaverum’s corporate strategy and operations, structured around five strategic pillars: Patients, Access to care, Employees and well-being, Operating responsibly, and Environment.

2025 ESG performance highlights

Patients

Diaverum achieved record levels of patient trust and satisfaction, with its Net Promoter Score reaching an all-time high of 69.9%, supported by a 98% participation rate in the Patient Perception of Care survey. Clinical outcomes also improved, with the Individual Patient Performance Score rising to 77.9/100, reflecting sustained progress in care quality and governance.

The Patient Experience Framework is now fully deployed across all clinics, enabling consistent measurement and continuous improvement of patient care globally.

Access to care

Diaverum continued to expand equitable access to renal care, supported by more integrated care pathways and digital enablement.

Its d.HOLIDAY programme delivered more than 75,000 treatments in 2025, enabling patients to travel while maintaining continuity of care. Preventative healthcare initiatives also progressed, including pre-dialysis programmes and community-based screening efforts.

Employees and well-being

Diaverum’s people-first culture continued to drive strong engagement and advocacy. Employee engagement reached 84%, with an Employee Net Promoter Score of +23, reflecting a strong culture of purpose and performance.

Continued investment in talent and development, including more than 3,400 course completions through d.ACADEMY, further strengthened workforce capability and resilience across the organisation.

Operating responsibly

The company reinforced its governance and compliance standards across all markets, supported by more integrated risk management and oversight.

In 2025, 93% of employees in target groups completed compliance training, and the global compliance programme reached 83% implementation. No corruption-related convictions or data privacy breaches were recorded.

Environment

Progress toward Diaverum’s net zero ambition continued, with strengthened emissions measurement and improved visibility across operations.

Solar installations expanded to 27 clinics, generating 1,160 MWh of renewable electricity, while efforts to optimise energy, water usage and waste management continued across the network.

Rafael Romanini, Diaverum Group Chief Executive Officer, said: “We believe renal care goes beyond treatment to enabling fuller, healthier lives. As healthcare systems worldwide seek more sustainable and equitable ways to deliver care, Diaverum is stepping forward to lead the transformation of renal care. In 2025, we moved beyond building foundations to demonstrating measurable progress across our ESG priorities.

A defining driver of this progress is our deeper integration within M42. This is accelerating how we deliver care – combining Diaverum’s clinical expertise with advanced capabilities in data, AI and precision health to enable more connected, predictive and personalised care at scale.

Together, we are expanding access to kidney care, helping to improve outcomes and support healthcare systems to become more sustainable and resilient globally.”

Stephanie de Sury, Diaverum Global ESG Manager, added: “Our 2025 ESG report reflects a year of meaningful progress across all pillars of our framework. We have moved from setting ambitions to delivering measurable outcomes, embedding sustainability more deeply into how we operate and how we make decisions.

As Diaverum continues to deepen its integration with M42, we remain focused on continuous improvement and on delivering long-term, responsible growth for our patients, our people and the communities we serve.”
