Diaverum grows its presence in Brazil by acquiring three dialysis centers

LUND / SAO PAULO, 21 November, 2018 - Diaverum, one of the world’s leading renal care service providers, is announcing its acquisition of three dialysis centers in Brazil, currently treating more than 900 patients. With this addition, Diaverum is now treating close to 2,000 patients in Brazil.

Through the acquisition of Nefroclinica in Aracaju, Sergipe and Instituto de Nefrologia in Mogi das Cruzes and Suzano, Sao Paulo, Diaverum is adding three dialysis centers to its global network. The dialysis centers are treating more than 900 patients combined. In addition, the centers also provide acute care dialysis to hospitals in Brazil.
