Our intended acquisition of Flowbird Group will strengthen our offerings to cities, partners, and users, with a shared commitment to customer satisfaction and driving long-term growth and innovation. This opportunity offers new possibilities for employees at both companies, and we’re excited to be able to welcome Flowbird Group into the EasyPark Group team. Combined, we aim to take greater responsibility for the digitalization of urban mobility and aspire to become the leading global mobility platform provider as soon as the deal is closed.

It’s also important since Gothenburg is one of the first cities in Sweden to adopt an authorization system as an alternative to traditional tenders. This enables users to decide which app they want to utilize when parking.

We are helping EasyPark Group enable its initiative through our facility and our years of experience in wireless communication. With radio technology, we have sent the apps into space. Radio is still mainstream and it's exciting that radio continues to contribute to innovation in the field of technology and opens up for new possibilities.

MPLA has been a pioneer in the digitalization of parking services in the Czech Republic. Becoming part of EasyPark Group will offer another dimension of simplicity and satisfaction for cities, parking operators, and drivers all over Czechia and Slovakia, as well as in neighboring countries. We’re proud to see the Czech company MPLA, a local leader of parking services for cities and parking operators and trusted by users, become a part of EasyPark Group.

The launch in Czechia will allow for our services to be increasingly available for drivers and parking operators in central Europe. Now drivers can pay their parking per minute which means you only pay for the time you park. We are really excited to start working with our new partners to make cities more livable.

With the ambition to be one of the smartest cities in the world, and with an excellent 4th place for parking innovation in  Cities of the Future Index 2021 amongst cities with over three million inhabitants, the city of Paris is really exploiting the potential offered by new digital technologies. In 2014, the city launched mobile parking for the first time and today, two thirds of French drivers use an app to manage their parking. This shows how far the city has come since. The adoption of parking applications is gaining ground by offering convenient services and fluidity to drivers.

As mobility and parking is a big part of everyday life, it's interesting to see how things related to mobility affect our work life. The results show that a lot of time is spent on reporting parking fees, which probably could be used better. The simple fact that at least one-third of employees manually scans their receipts when claiming expenses tells a lot about the potential we have to ease this process. It gives valuable insights on how to develop our B2B offer to help businesses cut costs

We are constantly working to increase the usefulness of our services. In addition to developing more features, the range of payment methods is an important part of this. Our aim is to make all aspects of parking and mobility easier for our users, which makes UnionPay, one of the world's most widely used payment card networks, an obvious partner

By establishing this strategic partnership with EasyPark, UnionPay cardholders can access the most advanced car parking and charging service in many European countries and regions, which significantly improves acceptance in this key transportation sector

By integrating our award-winning app into cars’ infotainment systems, we get a new range of possibilities, making parking and mobility even easier. When the app is integrated into the car itself, the vision of a car that can start and stop parking sessions by itself seems closer than ever

We keep increasing our geographic footprint globally and I am happy to announce that we now can offer EasyPark’s services to drivers and partners in Slovakia. A foundation for making cities more liveable is to make the mobility experience in the city as easy as possible, and we are proud to now be part of that journey in Bratislava

As we are taking the step into Slovakia and start offering our services to both drivers and parking providers, it will be significantly easier for people in and outside the country to travel and visit Slovakia

I have achieved my dream, to take EasyPark from the Nordics to over 20 European countries and last year to the UK and across the Atlantic into the US. I would like to thank everyone who's made this team effort possible.

We are very happy to be opening a new, bigger office in Australia. We are increasing our geographic footprint and expanding our service offering, following a period of rapid growth on the Australian market.

Many of the highest scoring cities in the index score well for high electric car usage and low CO2 emissions rates, and while cities continue to expand, mobility is taking on an increasingly important role in people’s day to day lives.
