Ellos Group AB (publ) gives notice of conditional early redemption of its outstanding super senior bonds

Ellos Group AB (publ) (the “Company”) announces that the Company has instructed Nordic Trustee & Agency AB (publ) in its capacity as agent (the “Agent”) to send a notice of conditional early redemption to the holders of the Company’s outstanding bonds due 9 February 2025 and with ISIN SE0021486917 (the “Bonds”) in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Bonds.
The Bonds will be redeemed at an amount equal to 102.00 per cent of the outstanding nominal amount (i.e. SEK 1,275,000 per Bond) plus accrued but unpaid interest. The redemption date of the Bonds will be 25 July 2024 and the record date will be 18 July 2024 (the “Record Date”), unless the redemption date and record date are postponed which in such case will be communicated by the Company. The notice of conditional early redemption of the Bonds is available on the Company’s website.
The Company’s early redemption of the Bonds is conditional upon the settlement of an issue of senior and super senior secured bonds, which in turn is contingent on a capital injection as announced in a press release published by the Company on 11 June 2024, all to occur prior to the Record Date.
