Endomines AB – announcement of the change in number of shares and votes

Endomines AB, Stock Exchange Release 29 March 2018 at 12:30 CEST

The total number of shares and votes in Endomines AB (publ) as at 29 March 2018 amounts to 35,147,785. The increase in the number of shares in March 2018 results from the directed issue of 3,688,960 shares to Joensuun Kauppa ja Kone Oy, corresponding to 10.5 per cent of the total number of shares in Endomines after the issue, as previously announced on 6 March 2018. The share capital in Endomines AB amounts to SEK 281,182,280. The quota value is 8 SEK/share.

The change in share amounts and share capital was registered by the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket) and Euroclear Sweden AB in March 2018.
