Enersize Oyj publishes additions to the prospectus

Enersize Oyj ("Enersize" or the "Company") has prepared an addendum to the prospectus regarding "Invitation to subscribe for shares and warrants in Enersize Oyj" approved by the Finnish Financial Supervisory Authority ("FFI") on September 24, 2019 and published on the same day ( "prospectus"). The supplementary prospectus is part of, and should be read in conjunction with, the prospectus.

The supplementary prospectus has been drawn up following the announcement made by the Company on September 25, 2019 whereby the Company announced that they had received an order from the German Kruckenberg Drucklufttechnik GmbH regarding a pilot project at Barry Callebaut's chocolate factory in Hamburg, and the announcement on October 11, 2019 that the Company announced the Company successfully concluded negotiations with Venergy regarding the takeover of the customer base that Venergy worked up in the Chinese market, which Enersize acquires the right to eight customers.
The supplementary prospectus has been approved by FFI and will be available on Enersize's website (www.enersize.com) and Mangold's website (www.mangold.se) and will be made available on FFI's website (www.finanssivalvonta.fi).
Investors who have subscribed to the offer before the publication of this supplement to the Prospectus may choose to cancel their subscription. The cancellation right must be exercised within a notice period of two (2) Finnish banking days from the publication of this supplement to the Prospectus, ie. no later than October 15, 2019 at 18:00 Finnish time (17:00 Swedish time).
Cancellations must be submitted to the office where the subscription has been registered. Subscriptions registered through Mangold Fondkommission AB's website, however, cannot be canceled on the website but should be canceled by contacting Mangold Fondkommission AB at emissionser@mangold.se or telephone +46 (0) 8 503 015 80.
If an investor has canceled his subscription, the entire subscription amount already paid by that investor will be returned to the bank account of the investor given by the investor in connection with the subscription. The subscription amount will be refunded within three (3) business days after the subscription has expired. No interest will be paid for the amounts repaid.
