Balder acquires 5 % of the shares in Entra ASA

Fastighets AB Balder has today issued a flagging announcement that we have acquired 5 % of the shares in Entra ASA (“Entra”) which are listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange.

- We prefer that Entra continues as a listed company on the Oslo Stock Exchange. The company is well managed, has an attractive property portfolio and good management that over time will create value for the company's stakeholders. We see Entra as a good long-term investment and do not intend to place a bid for the entire company, says Erik Selin, CEO in Balder.
