Balder acquires a property portfolio in Gothenburg for SEK 800 million

Fastighets AB Balder (publ) has today taken possession of a property portfolio in Gothenburg consisting of hotels, offices, logistics and residentials for approximately SEK 800 million. The lettable area amounts to approximately 55,000 sqm and rental income to approximately SEK 60 million.
