Balder has acquired the remaining 50% of the office buildings Stockholm Göta Ark 18 and Stockholm Årsta Äng 4 and 6, comprising an area of ​​approximately 51,000 sqm. The properties are located at Medborgarplatsen and in Marievik. The underlying property value is approximately SEK 1,250m and the possession will take place during the second quarter.
